THERAPY
Mental wellness is vital to living a balanced and happy life. Often times the things throwing us off such as nervousness, substance use, argument, and overwhelm (among others) have reasons for being there. During therapy we use evidence-based strategies to help you reconcile those reasons and bring you to center.

I specialize in working with:
-
Young Adults
-
LGBTQ+ Folx
-
Adults
-
Couples

Most often I use a mix of methods tailored to your needs. These include somatic based therapies like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Mind Body Hypnotherapy. We will also often use third wave behavioral therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy that include Behavioral Activation, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I believe that it is important to find a therapist that is the right fit. I offer individual, group, couples, and family therapy focused on helping you move through life transitions, build strong relationships with yourself and others, and get free of the patterns that are blocking you from living the life you want. Below I have identified some common problems that I love to help with!
