INSURANCE AND PAYMENT
Private Pay and Out of Network
I take cash, check, credit card, and HSA cards. I offer a cash/check discount (e.g. $175 is $275 with cash/check)
Superbills (fancy receipts for out of network benefits) are also available as I do not panel with insurance.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
$180-$280 depending on session length.
All intakes are 90 minutes.
Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes.
Limited customized support in between sessions is included.
Sliding scale is offered when spots are available.
FAMILY AND COUPLES
$280-$350 depending on session length.
All intakes are 90 minutes.
Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes.
Limited customized support in between sessions is included.
Sliding scale is not available for couples and families.
GROUP THERAPY AND WORKSHOPS
$100-$150 per person per session depending on the group or workshop.
I occasionally offer group counseling and workshops!
COACHING AND MENTORING
$280-$355 depending on session length
This service is available for students and professionals.

We will discuss rates by contract with the agencies. Discounts for smaller agencies are available.
